All stationery orders will ship within 2-3 business days. For customized wedding suites, the turnaround time will be determined on a project-by-project basis. This timeline will be discussed during the planning process to ensure that we meet your expectations and deadlines.

Returns

Return Policy for Stationery

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at hello@inkypress.co to request a return label. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Return Policy for Customized Wedding Suites and Stationery

  1. Custom Orders: All wedding suites and stationery are made to order and customized according to your specifications. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.

  2. Errors: If there is an error in the order that is the fault of Inky—such as design discrepancies, incorrect color—we will gladly rectify the mistake. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order to address any issues.

  3. Proof Approval: Before final production, we provide a digital proof for your review. It is essential to check all details carefully and approve the proof, as approval indicates acceptance of the design as presented.

  4. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in cases where an error made by Inky cannot be corrected.

  5. Contact Us: For any questions regarding your order or to report an issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

Mailing

Inky takes great care in ensuring that all printed materials are accurately produced and securely packaged for delivery to the customer. Once the customer receives the printed items and personally handles the mailing process through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or any other postal service, Inky is not responsible for the handling, delivery, or condition of the mailings.

This includes, but is not limited to, delays, lost mail, damaged items, misdelivery, or any other issues that may arise during transit by USPS or any other mailing service. Customers are encouraged to use tracking services and appropriate postage to protect their mailings. Many items require additional postage, it is advised that you visit USPS to weigh your suite and select proper postage.

By using our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Inky’s responsibility ends upon delivery of the printed materials to the customer or their chosen recipient for mailing

On average, 1%-3% of mass mailings are undeliverable by USPS. Please consider this when selecting your order quantity.

Color

Please note that colors may appear differently on every screen and may not exactly match what you envision. Variations can occur due to differences in screen settings, paper types, and the handcrafted nature of the letterpress printing process. Letterpress inks are mixed by hand, which can lead to subtle differences from what you see online or imagine. Digital printing colors are hand-selected which is an objective process and can result in variations. Inky strives to maintain consistent color quality, Inky cannot be held responsible for any color discrepancies.

Variations

Letterpress printing is a handmade process, which can result in variations from print-to-print. Part of the magic of letterpress is using a 150+ year old machine, mixing ink by hand, and feeding each sheet of paper into the letterpress one and a time. All of these factors create magical prints, and those prints can have variations.

Revisions

Wedding invitations have 2 rounds of revisions included. Any changes after these rounds of revisions are subject to additional fees.

Envelope Addressing

Envelopes will be addressed according to the addresses and names provided. Customers are encouraged to diligently review addresses before giving print approval. Inky is not responsible for mis-deliveries of envelopes printed to agreed upon specifications.
