All stationery orders will ship within 2-3 business days. For customized wedding suites, the turnaround time will be determined on a project-by-project basis. Returns

Return Policy for Stationery

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at hello@inkypress.co to request a return label. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  1. Custom Orders: All wedding suites and stationery are made to order and customized according to your specifications. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.

  2. Errors: If there is an error in the order that is the fault of Inky—such as design discrepancies, incorrect color—we will gladly rectify the mistake. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order to address any issues.

  3. Proof Approval: Before final production, we provide a digital proof for your review. It is essential to check all details carefully and approve the proof, as approval indicates acceptance of the design as presented.

  4. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in cases where an error made by Inky cannot be corrected.
