Mailing Timeline

The rule of thumb for mailing invitations is 6-8 weeks before the wedding. There are of course exceptions, like a destination wedding or during a peak mailing season (think Christmas at the Post Office…)

Also consider the time it will take to receive your invitations. The design phase can take weeks, plus production is 4-6 weeks.
