Wedding Suite Ordering Guide

As a letterpress printer I love the impression paper can make. I also know it can be intimidating to navigate the print world as a bride with so many options. That’s where semi-custom comes in! I have partnered with the best designers I know to create semi-custom wedding suites accompanied by a curated selection of colors and finishing options, ready to be personalized for you. It’s as simple as deciding on the style you love, which pieces you will need and which colors work best for you. Please feel free to connect with me if you have additional questions!

Step 1

Browse the collection, select your design and the pieces you need.

Step 3

You will receive an email introduction, we will work out any details and answer any questions. You will receive a proof with the details you provided, we can makes changes at this stage. Once the final design is approved your project moves into the production stage.

Print method

The most luxurious of printing methods, letterpress gives a tactile impression that won’t be forgotten.

Letterpress is a true craft. Every sheet of paper is hand-fed onto the platen of a vintage machine. It requires care and ensures that each and every piece of paper is a work of art. We start with thoughtful designs and quality materials to create gorgeous impressions that are “keepworthy”.

Quantity

There is an order minimum of 25 for semi-custom items. Our online shop allows you to select increments up to 200, please contact us to connect about orders over 200 pieces. We encourage you to order extra pieces to account for last minute additions to your guest list. Once your project is in the print stage we are unable to change the quantity of your order.

Envelopes

Blank envelopes will be included with every purchase of Invitations, Save the Dates, and RSVP cards. You may select envelope printing when you add your selection to cart.

The euro flap envelope is our preferred envelope shape- it’s a classic style and it adds a nice finish to your project. Envelopes are available in a curated selection of colors, an expanded selection is available upon request.

Our current envelope selection can be viewed here. Colors may vary from swatches shown on screen. If you would like to samples of the envelope colors you can shop our samples.

Return address and guest address printing is optional. Envelope printing is digital and will be done so by a trusted vendor, white ink will be used to print on dark envelopes.

Ink colors

We offer a selection of curated ink colors to accompany our semi-custom designs. You are also able to request a custom color for an additional cost. Please select “custom” as your ink choice (after adding the item to your cart) and we will be in touch to discuss specifics and bill the additional charge.

Design

When you add your items to your cart you will fill in the details needed to customize your suite. If you are unsure of any details at the moment you can leave the space blank, but all information will be required before customization can begin.

Once we have received your complete information we will create your design based on the details provided. You can expect your first proof within 3-5 business days of your purchase. Included in your purchase is 3 rounds of digital proofs, your first proof will be designed to your specifications from your original form. You then have two rounds of revisions to alter your information or ink color selection. If more revisions are needed additional fees will be charged.

Your first proof will be sent in 3-5 business days, after that your timeline will depend on how quickly you respond. Please allow 3 business days for every revision to be made and resent.

Printing + Production

With your final approval of the design, we will move to the print stage. Printing turnaround time is typically 4-5 weeks from the time of artwork approval, plus shipping time. Once we are in the printing phase we are unable to make changes to your order.

Delivery

All of our projects shipped within the United States are sent USPS Priority Mail (1-2 business days). You will be sent a tracking number when your order has shipped. Please contact us for a quote for international shipping prior to purchase.
